DataMate Forms

This Data Capture Form is designed to be embedded directly into your web page(s) and is easily customisable for a variety of different uses. It auto generates a data file that will be auto e-mailed to a selected e-mail address and can then be automatically or manually imported into you Industry Software solution.

It can be placed anywhere on your website to gather information and enables you to automatically update your software without user intervention, saving you time and ensuring accuracy. • More than 20 standard forms available
• Form supplied as an applet that can be pasted directly into the source code on your website
• Forms can be set up on your website by our technical team if required
• Standard fields are the same as within your Industry Software solution's Database - simple data import
• Fields can be customised if required
• Background colours can be changed to co-ordinate with your website image
• When complete the form generates a .csv file that will be auto e-mailed to a selected e-mail address
• Generated file can be used in conjunction with our auto data import routine for seamless data transfer - Grabfiles may also be useful
• Forms are hosted on our server to ensure reliability of data - there is a small annual charge for this service
• Auto import needed to ensure no manual processing
