EasyLink EMail Capture

A simple to use utility that will help share information from individuals crowded e-mail inboxes to all relevant people in your company.

This java applet is installed on your server and will enable you to send / process e-mails from any SMTP compliant e-mail system that you want automatically attached to the customer / prospect record in your Industry Software solution.
 
It will store e-mail content as well as any relevant attachments (up to 4) and allows the user simple processing but also the ability to select which e-mails are transferred to your Industry Software solution.
 
This would also allow non IS solution users the ability to store information in your IS solution, and ensures that your Industry Software solution really is the CENTRAL store for all important information in your company.

Key Functions

• Allows you to send e-mail content / attachments to your IS solution from any SMTP compliant e-mail system
• Your IS solution will attach to relevant contact records based on e-mail address
• Stores attachments in a dedicated folder and stores file path on contact record for easy access
• Processes and stores up to four attachments per e-mail
• Allows user to forward / cc only the e-mails they want included
• Can be used with Outlook, Exchange, Groupwise, Netscape, Lotus or any other e-mail system using an SMTP gateway
• Can be used by any authorised users to add information to the database
• All stored data appears in Contact History section of your IS solution colour coded with all other customer / prospect contact details
• All relevant e-mails and attachments are then available to all users of your IS solution
• Can be used for e-mails received or e-mails sent
• Can also be used for automatically transfering support requests to CRM Operations Centre
• Software only needs to be installed on 1 PC for system to work for all users
• Even non Industry Software users can add to the database if authorised
• Sends a confirmation e-mail to confirm e-mail has been processed by database
• Auto Import will confirm details accepted
