Trade Printer Database

We’re committed to making Transaction PRINT ever more relevant and useful, and strive to utilise the most recent advances in technology in order to ensure that our users are one step ahead of the competition.

In conjunction with the IPIA and following discussions with the Transaction PRINT User Group, we are currently working on a printer database which will be available to ALL users.

As well as listing an extensive list of Printers in your supplier database, you will also be able to search for a printer by product, such as business cards. For a full list of categories, please click here.

On entering a Print Enquiry, a list of Printers who specialise in the desired item will be flagged up as preferred suppliers.

You’ll then be able to send the enquiry to some or all of the listed suppliers, ensuring that the process of sending out quotes to printers is more speedy and efficient than ever, and that you always get the best prices from the best manufacturers.

One of the key features of our sister software package, PromoServe, is it's unique interface with www.tradeonly.co.uk.

Trade Only is the leading provider of product data to the promotional merchandise industry. This link enables leading promotional merchandise suppliers to upload their products and prices to the Trade Only product portal, thus making them available to over 3500 registered users.

Distributors can then access the advanced search tool that will find the desired item at the best price, and give a detailed specification sheet including cost price, supplier details, margins and comprehensive print information.

These features have now been built into PromoServe, so that it comes ready loaded with thousands of products, from hundreds of suppliers, and prices that are updated 'live'.

It's powerful search functionality allows you to quickly find the item you're looking for, with any additional costs listed and delivery times, and you can raise a quote displaying all relevant information in seconds.
