TAPI Telephone Integration
TAPI provides a link between your computer and your telephone and enables you to use your Industry Software solution to control your telephone system.

This unique interface will screen pop either the record card of the incoming telephone number or details of any open projects or support calls. It connects directly to the right section of your Industry Software solution.
Using your PC to control your phone calls is convenient and saves time. Using Adaptive CTI, you can easily answer calls, hold them and transfer them to other people. You can even see the status of other users and telephone extensions before you try to call or transfer a call to them.
It can work with either first or third party drivers - we recommend either Adaptive or Identapop. It searches customers, prospects or suppliers at main number or contact level.
Please note TAPI is an industry standard and your telephone system must be TAPI compliant to use this product.
