Training & Assistance

 

Training is critical if you want to get the best out of your PromoServe or TransAction Software, and/or your QuickOrder Portal website.

Training is always recommended at the point of purchase, and once you have installed your software we continue to offer low cost additional training in a series of different formats so that you can improve your system usage.

Free Top Up Training

Twice a week we run FREE online training courses called webinars; these take around 30 minutes and cover a huge variety of topics, usually determined by user demand or new features.

You will begin to receive invitations to these training courses as soon as you have signed up to PromoServe, and we recommend that you attend as many as possible as there is always more to learn!

The courses take place on Wednesday (PM) and Friday (AM) and are recorded so that you can revisit them at any time. All recorded training sessions are available for viewing at www.promoservehelp.com.

PromoServe Master Classes

PromoServe Master Classes are designed for existing users of PromoServe / TransAction Software and QuickOrder Portal websites, and are full day courses held at our training facilities in Sheffield, and at the BPMA's headquarters in London.

The courses cover a range of topics such as:

  • Using the electronic job bag
  • Using PromoServe / TransAction inbuilt Accounts
  • How to customise your QuickOrder Portal website

The cost per delegate is £199, and the number of delegates is capped at six per class so that you can be sure that you have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Master Classes are perfect for both new starters and anyone wanting to learn more about the software.

The PromoServe Academy

The PromoServe Academy is our latest initiative to offer convenient and low cost training, and will be launched in mid-2009.

This online training course will cover four modules:

  • Product Sourcing and Quotations
  • Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
  • Marketing and Customer Relationship Management
  • Invoicing and Accounts
