As you can see from the Extras page on the website, Industry Software offer a wide range of additional products to enhance the functionality of your software.
Detailed below is a brief guide to the installation required:
- HTML E-Mail Creator - no install needed as this is a web product. You just need a user name and password.
- PayPortal C/C Processing - all the software you need is pre-installed on your system. You will just need a SecPay Account and a user name and password, and we can switch on this web based service for you.
- Postcode Lookup - you will need to install the software and get an activation key. Software supplied on CD - please call 0870 922 4056 to order.
- SMS / Fax Credits - no install needed but credits need purchasing from ourselves.
- TAPI Telephone Integration - you will need to install a separate piece of software that has been specially developed for us. This requires a technical discussion before installation can happen. You need to ask your telephone provider the following questions:
Does your phone system have TAPI drivers installed?
Is it 1st or 3rd party TAPI?

- EasyLink EMail Capture - software available to download from our ftp site.
- Barcode Fonts - software available to download from our ftp site.
- CreateCatalogue - this is a web service so all you need is a user name and password. The export routine is included in your software.

- Excel Reports BVxL - separate install software available on our ftp site.
- EPOS / Trade Counter Sales - already installed and just needs activating.
