Transaction Software's monthly rental services include telephone support during normal office hours (8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday). Please call 0870 922 4056 and select Option One.
Issues can also be logged by email (please click here) or electronic enquiry form (please fill in below). Outside office hours, extensive help sheets are available for most aspects of the software (please click here to access).
Please make sure you are familiar with the terms of the Service Level Agreement before logging an issue - you can read these in full by clicking here.
